When you purchase a custom plan you get a completely custom course that no one else will have access to. This process starts with video analysis and a skype/facetime call to talk about goals and create a game plan. From there, the course content is delivered in phases based on results. This is not a one size fits all plan. It is based on frequent communication and is updated/modified as needed, for as long as needed. This is a one time fee whether it takes us a month or a year to get you to your athletic goals.
